Keir Starmer

Or he’s doing what he has to do to get elected because he understands the downside of a free press that is at liberty to fabricate whatever stories it wants.
Yeah sure Murdochs endorsement is 'unconditional'.
The story should not be about Tory or Labour members being at a party, it should be about how much control the likes of Murdoch has over the establishment.
Not sure how you seperate the 2 tbh. What am I missing?

Personally, I think he‘s a little lame but even that lettuce is better than we have now.

On your point, I find the Corbyn supporters tedious. They’ve become a cult and in a way remind me of the MAGA crew. I voted for Corbyn but at least understand why he went, some just cannot get over the fact that he was unelectable in this current system.
AH! The unelectable card, if repeated often enough it becomes fact.

The electable card works differently, you actually have to have some decent policies and the backing of the whole party to be electable, just saying a person is electable does not make it fact.

As for being tedious, Corbyn was a little too right wing for me, but i would have preferred the tedium of Social Democracy over Tory lunacy.

We have tried the appalling way this mob of politicians
run the country and it's probably time for a brand of politics and social change that we haven't had for a long time or even have ever had.

The constant rehash of jingoism, slogans and meaningless rhetoric has to change and this isn't just isolated to our own country it's a problem faced by many countries who are being run for the benefit of big business alone.

What? You voted for someone you are now saying is an extremist?

What is a cult is to just vote for anyone who wears a particular colour of rosette irrespective of policies. You’re not alone mind, plenty on here are the same as you.

That had me laughing out loud mate, kudos. I know you are being serious btw, it’s why I love you but hope to never share your utopia.

Getting too popular with the kids.

They like him and his environmental policies.

Keith Stalin must destroy all his enemies within the party.

Ed sounded a bit pissed the other week when the green pledges were scaled back due to 'fiscal credibility' .... or austerity if you prefer.
Goes on to mention Nandy and Lammy getting dropped and presumably Ange will be further marginalised.
First they came for ........ :)
