Get debt down
Only borrow to invest in capital projects (buildings, roads, rail)

Honestly that doesn’t surprise me. I felt his play to momentum during the leadership campaign was insincere- he’s going to have a fight on his hand hence I guess the culling of the left.
I suppose if the policies are the same we need to decide if we prefer the colour red or blue ... oh wait
