Indeed, the existing Energy market will still remain as it is, It's just the new energy sources like wind and nuclear will be under the control of the Labour government Hmmmm I'll believe that when I see it.

If he means what he is suggesting he needs to say clearly, the whole energy market will be renationalised, somehow I don't think he is ever going to say that, though he might want you to believe that's what he is saying.

Impossible. Blair was a total embarrassment. Remember when he wore the leather jacket Bush gave him? Cringeworthy of the very highest order. Nobody could get up the arse of the Americans as far as he did. Nobody.

Renationalised is what I thought he meant “Great British Energy” but we haven’t had the details

The Tories were very much onside with Iraq that’s just factual and I never cringe as much as when the Tories endlessly mention the special relationship with the yanks. Let’s be honest both parties have had to order extra strong mouthwash over the years. Blair lost because he moved aside for the uncharismatic Brown and the banking crisis hit.

The great British people in the main couldn’t give 2 fucks what happened to folk in the Middle East.

A small majority shafting you always has more authority than a minority I find. Anyhow this is a well trodden path we needn’t revisit. I missed the speech as I was working but well played the Labour pillock for making the headlines for the attack on Kwasi. Tremendous own goal.

Had it not been such a powerful speech it would barely have got a mention ( not that I condone her remarks ) - fact is the Tories are so rattled they martialled all their troops today to rubbish Labour and all its connections. Rather sadly for them they have spent 6 years rubbishing their own Party in public.

Huq's comments were batshit crazy and she's apologised personally to Kwartang and been punished for it. Which is more than many Tory MPs have done in the same situation.

Seems that Truss is following in the tradition of the last three PMs in that she’s managed to make her predecessor look good however incompetent they actually were. She’s managed it in record time though.
