I think a loan would help, it must be tough for him. As far as i know he never plays for the EDS or anything, so the only game time he gets is an appearance here or there with the first team. Then he's expected to make a huge impact despite the fact he can't be match sharp. It's a difficult enough situation for experienced players, let alone a youngster.

It'd be good for his confidence, although i'm not sure Scottish football would be much of a challenge for him. With his goals record he should have options at a higher level.
