Why are so many saying get rid if true? He would only need replacing with a £30-40 million striker who would on.. hang on... £150k per week themselves anyway

I don't believe he is asking for that but if it is true and we gave it him every experienced player we try and sign will be asking for more than that, and also everytime a youngster breaks through there going to trying to match that.Were not going to sign a £30-40 million striker to replace him that will be to replace Bony if Nacho goes we'll replace him with another kid with potential ,potential being the keyword.

We do give the players agents plenty of ammunition to hit us with.

We do give some very ordinary players incredible contracts that any other club would never give or even consider giving.

I would include players like Bony, Kolarov, Mangala, Sterling and Navas. These guys are on crazy money.

I can understand Augero, KDB and Yaya, having big deals, they are/were in Yaya's case big stars but the former are not, they are good players on super star money.

I would be offering Kelchi a contract that could be renegotiated each year if he maintains a constant improvement. Rewarding highly for meeting his obvious potential.

Kelchi has shown enormous potential, BUT as the games against Madrid and Arsenal have shown he has a hell of a lot of learning to do.
