Ken Bruce to leave Radio 2

Radio 2 will be deleted from my presets, from April onwards.
KB was the only thing I listened to on there, but I bet he's just had enough of playing whiny, nasally 25 year girls who are never getting back with their exs, or bedwetting 25 year old lads, who are missing their lost loves. That's all R2 seem to play.
 
Gutted, after Terry Wogan he is the best presenter radio 2 has had along with Sarah Cox, hope it doesn't mean we are going to get more of the champagne socialist that is Jeremy Vine

I don’t listen to BBC Radio 6 as much as I used to because they starting playing utterly shite RnB music more and more. Oh and I joined in the protest against them getting rid of Shaun Keaveny for no reason when he was the best they had.

But Lauren Laverne, Mark Radcliffe, Stuart Marconi, Mark Riley, Steve Lamaq, Guy Garvey and Gilles Peterson are all good radio presenters.

Feels like the last of the old guard leaving. We used to catch Liza Tarbuck on the way home from 3.00 kick offs. Presentation style was "quirky" but very diverse musically. Never thought I'd be too old for R2
