Well at least you're admitting that everyone in local government are incompetent and corrupt (not forgetting lazy as well) it's why they all work in the public sector, they wouldn't last 2 minutes having to do a job in the real world.
Well you appear to lack the ability to understand my post. I dread to think what job you could do competently. I hope it doesn't involve having to think. :)
