Saw a great couple of clips earlier on Twitter of him talking about playing with 14 year old Rooney in a friendly for the first time. He was a very funny bloke and great storyteller. I don’t remember him as a player but was clearly a very personable & likeable guy.

Not long ago since he was on Sky Sports News discussing the run-in back in April/May, full of life. I remember watching his son’s progression through the academy too, thoughts are with him and the rest of the family.

She's a good judge of character, so that tells me all I need to know.
