Thrives playing on the break like no other, doesn't he. Lives for it, breaking into the space, delivering that killer pass or smacking a hard shot at the goal.

If we had a decent striker. Kev was great but we don't have a finisher in our team. Even Bony would made 2 goals of all the chances created by Kev.
 
I know there been a clamour for him to play as the 10 but watching him deliver ball after ball into areas Navas could only dream about makes his best position out wide surely? It's not like we haven't got a capable player to fill in at 10 is it?
Was a joy to watch at times last night.
 
5 absolutely amazing passes in the second half alone to get Belgium into really dangerous positions last night. They really should have buried Sweden. From the chances created.
 
Possibly the best counter attacking player in the world, despite not having electric pace. His decision making and execution is unreal.

Watch him on those breaks when he's making his way down the other end - he's pretty decent at full pelt (almost certainly faster than Silva or Nasri, that's for sure).

Definitely a lot quicker than Silva and Nasri. Not the fastest player over the first couple of yards but still he's very quick.

It's not as noticeable as some of the more athletic players because he's got an almost awkward, Dzeko-esque gait.

Made this point about six months ago.similar to Chris Waddle ,seems languid but at full pelt is a very strong runner indeed and not many can catch him
