Not at all, very sad. It’s the right time but sad that some others are staying longer. He doesn’t want to go does he?
He's a shadow of the player he was. I thought we struggled today largely because KDB and Gundogan did not have the power to support Doku and Marmoush so our game degenerated into keep ball. We had many promising attacks but each time the raider was isolated and ended up passing backwards.MOTM for me .
He still has enough in the tank a big mistake to let him go for next season.
All IMHO
Kev loves us, we love Kev, however, we can't keep him forever and we can't build a new team around fading stars on the basis of emotionality.Who made the decision to fuck him off?
Looks like a pep brainfart.
Kev loves us.
So, let’s keep him for half his current wages. He got MOTM tonight. Lol. Why? Sentimentality. He's about half the player he was. Tops.
Tbf that's better than leaving withba tone of being fed up, a spat, or going for saudi money. Leaves everyone wanting more, preserves his legacy, glosses over the last couple seasons. I am ok with it.He doesn’t want to go does he?
None, imo.Any chance our bosses are having second thoughts about an extension?
Pep is letting him play every minute until he leaves, I get it if he’s fit he’s got 4 games left with us I expect him to start everyone, I think if he’d not been injured this season he would’ve got an extension but I think the decision had been made, we got caught out with sentimentality last season the board hopefully have learnt their lesson, Gundogan is here only because he’s activated his second season clause he will be gone next year or move to coaching. Kevs wages freed up for a big signing maybe Wirtz?Perhaps the more worrying thing isn't that he's leaving, it's that almost everyone's fit and he's still starting every game, which suggests there's no-one better than him (and Gundo) currently at the club. It's a really bad time for Foden to have a shit season.
