Playing great now his hernia is sorted, time for a rethink. Extend.
Plus he takes up a very limited number of spots in the squad. Sometimes, you've got to just rip off that plaster.Right. It makes no sense to pay £350,000 per week for a part time player, however brilliant.
He galvanised the team on Saturday but it was the likes of Marmoush, McAtee and O’Reilly that did the running. By next season we should have brought in 2 or 3 top class players to add to the mix. Kev would only play as a rotator. After his performance on Saturday my heart is over ruling my head. Before then I'd accepted it was best he leave at the end of the season but I think as long as we manage his game time he still has plenty to offer and can still be a game changer. De Bruyne has said himself he will happily sign a year extension on reduced salary. His experience and winning mentality is better off here than another club next season I think.
His legs may be going but he still has the instant foresight to execute a pass to land on a sixpence or unleash a thunderbastard. He galvanised the team on Saturday but it was the likes of Marmoush, McAtee and O’Reilly that did the running.
Cast your mind back to when the snide Ronaldo returned to Man U and they were virtually playing with 10 men. That’s what would happen. He’s got to go.His legs may be going but he still has the instant foresight to execute a pass to land on a sixpence or unleash a thunderbastard.
Is he? One game against Palace at home, the week before and most other performances have been average at best. If you can let me know when he played great I'd love to hear it.Playing great now his hernia is sorted, time for a rethink. Extend.
That's the nature of aging great players. You have to take the whole not the fleeting moments. His legs may be going but he still has the instant foresight to execute a pass to land on a sixpence or unleash a thunderbastard.
No way. He said: “Manchester is in all our hearts.” His wife and kids would never allow it!I’ve got a bad feeling he’s going to end up at the dippers
Doesn't matter, read his statement on P1, he's going, regardless. His experience and winning mentality is better off here than another club next season I think.
Doubt his wife and kids will be bothered. They probably won’t have to move house. He was expecting us to offer him another year we said no so has a point to prove. He’s big mates with van dyke I reckon they’ll come in for him. Just a hunch and I fucking hope not but I can see it happeningNo way. He said: “Manchester is in all our hearts.” His wife and kids would never allow it!
Would be the latest in a recent run of unsurprising fck ups.Doubt his wife and kids will be bothered. They probably won’t have to move house. That would be a catastrophe.I’ve got a bad feeling he’s going to end up at the dippers
The more I think about it, the worse I feel about Kev leaving. I always thought he'd decide when he'd leave - even if it meant starting fewer matches because of fitness issues. When he's fit, he's the best player in the Prem. When he's playing in pain and/or with a movement restricting knock, he's still producing magic.Surely there’s someone lined up so. You don’t let someone like KDB go if you’ve no plan made.
