Halal meat is only cheaper because people think there is something wrong with it and dont understand the process, they avoid it and places can't charge as much. It's very nice

Yep, but there is less or very little blood in the carcass and this is what apparently makes the meat better/tender. I have definitely noticed this with the chicken.
