This gives me so much satisfaction to hear. Since coaching at a junior level I have always maintained that there is more than enough local talent that can be world class but they have to be trained and looked after in the right way. Long may this continue.

That's true enough, we'd be in trouble if it was elsewise as it would be against FIFA & UEFA rules :)
