Point is what were our scouts doing before he was snapped up by Napoli? Or if he was scouted why want moved made or maybe we waited for him to become a good £100m player ?
We can't snap up every good young player in world football. Fair play to Napoli to spotting him, they deserve a big fee for doing so IMO.
And no doubt with that bellcheese owner, they will get one.

As I understand it, he's yet to agree to a new contract that includes a 65m release clause, and that's why clubs (supposedly including City) are on alert.Daily Mail saying there is a 65m release clause
I'll believe it when I see it on the City website.
