Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

I honestly hope he proves me wrong & lives up to the potential most onlookers say he possesses.

In some of the matches I've seen him in, he's looked like Ronaldinho one second & Titus Bramble the next.

Suppose I'm undecided...

If you've thought that watching Kvaratskelia, I'm interested to see your thoughts on Leao when you've watched him.

He's far more inconsistent.

Sorry mate, we've crossed our wires. I WAS talking about Leao! Oops! Lol :-)
Ahh ok no worries aha.

I do like Leao, he's got so much talent.

I just feel as though he's not the type of player Pep would generally like, seems more of an individual than a proper team player.

If Pep give Bernardo a job specification of his role in a specific position, Pep knows Bernardo will follow that job specification to the exact detail. I get the feeling as talented as Leao is, he could be as frustrating as Leroy Sane was for Pep.

Kvaratskelia I just don't see that. I think Pep would absolutely love him.

So, as I said. Poor in both games...

Sounds like you are basing your whole judgement on Kvaratskelia from those two games.

It's like judging Mbappe solely off his performances at the Euros where he was very ineffective and just really poor.

Kvaratskelia is shit from what I have seen, i have seen a few napoli games. a poor man's grealish. no need for him at all.

Not sure how you came to that conclusion when I specifically referenced two games.

Which games have you actually watched?

I've seen him a handful of times this season and he's been superb in nearly every game I've watched.

Yeah, Kvara is not shit. He is easily in the top 1% of best players in the world this season. The stats don't lie. It's like saying Bellingham is average because he was not great playing against Man City, Chelsea, and in a few England matches at the World Cup. He is a world-class talent, but you have to watch him week in, week out. Then, you know that there is a reason the best clubs in the world want him. I don't, but I have seen enough to know that, so I trust the experts. It's the same with Kvara. It would take a similar offer to get him from Napoli as well. For me Kvara > Leao. I agree with the poster above. For me, Leao is not as consistent as Kvara. Kvara also seems to have a higher ceiling as well.

I don't blame him for signing a new contract with Napoli on vastly greater terms than his previous one, but to not include a release clause is foolhardy on his part.
Not if he wants to stay there it isn’t. He might be loving life there and fancies living there through his football career.

You are way off on this one...just saying.

Nobody can say what is around the corner. A release clause does not mandate a sale. He can turn down a move if he's happy. Harry Kane was happy at Spurs but wanted to go when City came in. In not giving himself a release clause, he reduced his leverage significantly.
