So how exactly do people come to the conclusion that kvaratskhelia is no upgrade? Especially when he‘s been carrying Napoli and has been the player on the field in each match - no matter the opponent. It also didn’t start today. We can't snap up every good young player in world football. Fair play to Napoli to spotting him, they deserve a big fee for doing so IMO.

As I understand it, he's yet to agree to a new contract that includes a 65m release clause, and that's why clubs (supposedly including City) are on alert.
