Thanks to Ric I've obtained Dave and Sue's email address and purchased 3 copies KOTK. and obviously thanked them both for many of years entertainment especially on away trips.

I always found it weird when some music artist who I wasn't familiar with died e.g. Roy Orbison. Suddenly there was an upsurge in his/their outputs. Such is life and KOTK a big part of City, well done Dave and Sue and everyone connected.

Just on this, if anyone does buy it via PayPal, just make sure there is a reference that makes it obvious who you are to make it easier for them to sort it out. With the huge influx of interest anything to make their lives a bit easier would be appreciated, I'm sure.
