Gio was undoubtedly the most skilful player I have ever seen in a City shirt, and very few other players come anywhere near him.

However, he was very selfish and IMHO, he doesn't hold a candle to others such as Ali and Eyal (or Messi) when it comes to team ethic.

Of the three, Ali was my favourite; his vision and ability to pick a pass and find a team-mate was second to none.

Ha ha it was his fault we went down from the prem this is when he was the only decent player we had and I dont like to speak ill of the dead but Alan Ball is up there with the worst managers we ever had and that sayin somethin just out of interest how many did Berkovic or Ali B score in the prem ?
