Yes, I watch most of my sport in the conservatory using these feeding a box.I also have them upstairs .

If your routers in a different room to your box instead of using a cable to connect to the Ethernet you can get plugs

I see, sorry for the confusion mate; as yesye said yes you can use Wi-Fi sharing plugs buddy :)

Then I presume installing the BM Kodi on this device?

If I do this, will this disable the services which come with Amazon fire TV such as 4od app and BBC I player app?

Amazon fire TV 4k is definitely an upgrade to the firestick mate so yes I'd recommend that

Sprout is right, you can install Kodi and keep regular apps such as iPlayer, ITV player and 4OD :)
