I know people say they are the dogs danglers but has anyone gone from an m8 or Minix box to a shieldtv box? If so, what were the noticeable differences? Thinking of taking the plunge but baulking at the price at the mo, I need someone to convince me hehe!!

Well I've taken the plunge and spent some Ill gotten gains on a Nvidia shieldtv pro box.
It's running kodi really well, which it should!!
But have any other users of these got any useful tips/tricks?

Mobdro is a decent app for live TV channels if you're having issues with Kodi mate, other than using the bluemoon build as well I've not really got much other advice haha! :)

Hey lads,
I'm at a wedding today so I won't be able to watch us, but I suspect that there will be a high quality stream in phoenix-phoenix sports-VC events- premier league list

If the stream looks weird please disable video acceleration as this for some reason fixes the issue lads :)

Aquired a firestick with kodI I have sorted out the parental setting on line in my BT account but the tutorial I have seen on YouTube says I need to open up a browser within kodi to do it there also but I can not find a browser...any help much appreciated...thanks

What you need a bt account for?

If you have kodi on your fire stick make sure you have the latest one kodi jarvis 16.0. Once you've checked you have he latest look back in this thread where there is a video showing you how to install the bluemoon build.

Just to say thanks a lot for this. I was using the beast, but week by week it seemed to get worse, I've had this on my laptop for a few weeks and now put it on the fire stick. No problem getting what I want and the work is much appreciated, cheers.

Mac is fully compatible with my build and Kodi 16.0, there is a list at the start of the thread which gives you a list of devices that work with my build

Basically mate to use YouTube on Kodi you have to verify your Google plus account, it will tell you to enter a URL in a browser; do this on a PC or smartphone and you'll be able to use YouTube :)
