The match tomorrow:

"Barcelona’s Champions League clash with Manchester City will be one of two matches shown on BT Sport Showcase this week.

Those with Freeview can watch on BT Sport Showcase (channel 59) whilst the game will also be on BT TV (409), Sky (414) and Virgin (100/548). BTsport.com will also show the fixture".

Wa-hey !
Now seeing as the matches on Kodi are hit and miss and buffering/low quality recently despite my 150mbs connection, I think i'll be watching it on their website via Chrome on my Amazon Fire TV box and hopefully there will be no problem. They must have mega technology in place to deliver a quality service in that way to a humongous audience.

However, just in case it goes tits up for whatever reason I retuned my DTV channels on my TV to see if this BT Showcase channel is on it reasoning that Digital TV is the same as Freeview, but it is not listed. Am I missing something?

Or is there a freeview app that I could sideload on the Amazon box that contains BT Showcase?
Reluctant to go with this method because it always seems to me that any match watched via an app is usually 2-3 minutes behind the live game and because im a right needy fucker I send half the match keeping an eye on Twitter to see if we've scored!

Is the DTV running off a digital Ariel mate? :)

So I can watch this on sky channel 414 even though I don't pay for BT Sport?

Currently watching the show/match through BT website via laptop connected to tv, just have to enter an email address if you are not already a customer and on it comes.
I tried via Chrome on the Fire Tv box but it wouldn't play it on that platform so suggest you do what I did with a laptop.
