One thing these stats show for sure, is Fuc and Monreal are definitely busier.

And vice versa. You might not rate him as the best left back in the Premiership, but are you willing to concede that he is at least competent?
 
Clichy, Azpilcueta, Luke Shaw, Baines, Kolarov must be close to the best 5 left backs in the Premiership.

No stats, just my impression.
 
The best going forward is the left back at Sunderland but by the same token he is the worst at defending

Id add Bertrand into the mix.Regarding my thoughts on kolarov.......competent? He can be......he can even impress......as i have mentioned a couple of times recently.As regards his suitability as our first choice,its still a big no from me,hes far too inconsistent and often leaves us looking vulnerable and exposed,quite often this also creates issues for teammates.
 
Stats eh. With the naked eye it looks as though he slows our attacks, loses possession, gets forward twice as quickly as he saunters back, fails to pick up players etc.
Statistically however, he's brilliant.
