His substitution was a complete shambles. He was evidently not fit to carry on when he knocked the ball out, yet he had to continue for a couple of minutes more, and Palace kept attacking his position, so any twinge he may originally have felt could have been aggravated further. Really hope he's back soon, but he looked quite concerned.

I will base it on the hope he played on while a sub was being organised as if its torn he would have come straight off but that could be wishful thinking.
