Seems to be saying €18M fee agreed, in the hands of the respective FAs to complete the paperwork. Doesn't directly quote anyone though that I can tell, just suggests that Lazio think the deal is nearly done.

© photo by Federico Gaetano This time it seems that the smoke was white SIIA really , although there is always that little strip of gray that makes it impossible to give a 100% done deal again . Lotito Manchester City : yes 18 million . Terah had also yesterday said the deal was close to closing ( "count will be close to both parties "). Now the ball is in hand to the Football Association and work permits to be granted to Kolarov required for non-EU players in the Premier League last year also must have played more than 75 % of the matches with their national and Kolarov in this sense is that " covered " . The Serbs should now go to Manchester and undergo such medical examinations and then leave for Portland to reach the team, currently engaged in a tour in the States. At that point, Lazio would have to spend 18 million (? ) on the market.

The reports suggest that a stumbling block could be the Work Permit, but I`d have thought with the number of games played at International level, would be more than enough to warrant one.
Probably waiting for confirmatiuon from the FA,but surely that would have been done well in advance ??
