Ex-scout allegedly so it is more plausible he is ITK than many on here. If you read through his Twitter history he's reported a lot of tidbits. Just going through his City related ones, only matter-of-fact ones seem to have come in recent hours with him saying Toure, Dzeko, and Silva are definite. He seems to think it's 50/50 that Real will bid for Tevez.

but hes basically saying the same as you isnt he mate? a bid put in for kolarov and a bid for dzeko??

He said you've bidded 22 Million for Kolarov and mentioned numerous clubs being involved. There is only Manchester City serious at the moment.

Then he says Dzeko is really close, Dzeko is far from close because he seems not to want a move to England. Quite different opinions there.
