Kolarov retires

I always liked him, will go down as a cult favourite. And as has been said his humour and character off the pitch always stood out.

He was one of the first players, post-takeover, that I realized if he'd have played for any other team in my life before then (born 86) he probably would have been the best player in the team by some distance. And there he was not always in the starting 11.

Anyway, I hope he enjoys many, many beers eating whatever he wants in the sun, lives in a big fucking house, and enjoys his retirement. Or if he does fancy a bit of work on the side if there are any media jobs at City TV or whatever he'd make for a great guest.

Loved the guy, often inconsistent but a great character and a proper footballer, with a hammer of a left foot.

A big difference in lifestyle approaching down on the farm.
