Kolarov retires

Thank you for you service to the cause aleksandar. Had a bit of balls about him which I find is a bit lacking in the current city team so forever grateful for that

Very well put another player who at the time got us, And helped the cause to where we are today he had his flaws but great bloke on and off the pitch, after he left I enjoyed him and Edin’s messages he’d put out there after putting the dark side back in their place Always be welcomed home at the Etihad for me.

Not sure if serious,

Cancello was poor the other night for Portugal, but so we're half of the team,

He's been great for us though, granted a couple of mistakes but I can live with them
 
Very under-rated (by many) player, who wore his heart on his sleeve & displayed a genuine passion & affection for the club.

When Pep arrived, he (albeit) briefly singled-out Aleks to be the fulcrum of the team, spraying passes around the pitch.

Admittedly, it was that first season when Pep tried a lot of odd things (eg: Sane at left-back) but still ... there was much more to Aleks' game than some people seemed willing to admit ?

Very likeable (if slightly scary at times) character.

He was a quality player who probably came to the club initially for a big bag of cash but left a blue through and through and a man who will always have our club in his heart.

His final season playing at CB also showed how good a footballer he was.

What we could do with a prime Kolaroz at LB in this side, he would considerably strengthen us!

All them players from Bobby Mancs time at the club are legends in my humble opinion. When Pep became coach and played him at centre half I thought he played his best football for us. Wand of a left foot as well.
