Got a horrible feeling we might be going into the season with a weaker squad than last year

we already have a stronger squad than we did last year

Currently i'd agree...but there are rumours of a fair few players leaving so that might not be the case come kick off

Every move the new guys have made has been the right one so far IMO:

So far every in and every out has been the right decision. We have a better squad currently than we did at the end of the season. I have no concerns about our squad going into next season. The adults are in charge.

The replacements will have to cost at least 20 mill plus or they won't be deemed good enough

Juve are insisting on the option to buy after the loan, City want to sell him right now (or maybe get an ironclad purchase at the end of the loan) before Juve figure out how wank he is and send him back.
