That is very true. I think Azpilicueta just has a level of defensive certainty that very very few do. A massive part of Chelsea's success, along with Ivanovic.Best full back in the Premiership since Ashley Cole at his best. I'm not disputing that, I'm saying it shows a sorry state for LBs when a RB is doing the job better than them.

Imo pound for pound the best defender in the world.
maybe, but he'd have to play RB for us, as with our attacking style he'd get lambasted like Clichy if he played on the left.

his stats don't really suggest that, he was good all-round from what I saw of him before Chelsea, but again, he was more of a RB.

Our full backs are asked to do different jobs than what Azpilicueta does. He offers very little going forward. Not saying that's a bad thing but in our system I'm not sure it would benefit the team.

Baba and Sandro both have good feet so it's not really an issue
i meant the difference from a negative sense would underwhelm those expecting a ,oh never mind ,i back kolorov,always have done
