No, i have been fair on all my comments but from Terry to a Arsenal has been is below the belt. If we want to challenge with the big boys in the next 4 or 5 years, we need to buy players to slot in straight away and not Toure who we will have to work on. He isn't much a step up, i rate Dunne higher than i do Toure. Dunne on form is fantastic, and he will recapture that this season. Toure is past his best and isn't better than Dunne right now. I'd much rather have Dunne, and keep dunne who is clearly a city legend over a has been who would not improve us and cannot get into our competitor's first 11. why is it we need players NOW. there is at least a five year, if not a ten year plan in place. the only reason we Need players now is to break the top 4 like people think we will do. no need for the added pressure. the aim was top 10 last season, top 6 this year then push for a champions leauge place.

im only 23 but i have been waiting for a season like next season for about 19 years. but lets not build ourselves up for a fall. solid top 6 next season and i would be delighted. if we break top 4 then MH and the squad need a bloody good pat on the back.
toure would be a great signin. yes i agree there is better about but he is better that TBH and dunnie. hes got premiership experience and plays at the top level season after season. he will definatly take us to the next level. (just to point out to the not-so-clever-few. this is not chapmions). lets enjoy the rest of the transfer window and next season without getting ahead of ourselves and being dissapointed at the fact we didn't live up to the over-hyped expectations

Yep. You just can't teach some people though, they'll keep guessing like this, and then the majority will follow. Then when somebody in the know tries correcting them they don't like it because it's become a minority opinion now, and then the vicious cycle continues.
