Kolorov just went right up in my estimation

Genuine question.
For all the posters who say he s shite, cack, crap, useless etc.
How many goals did he cost us last season?
I know he s not everyones favourite but to condemn him as useless is one eyed in the extreme. His crossing and free kicks speak for themselves. He has scored a few important goals at crucial times and generally gives his all.
Under rated on here but at least Mancini has a bit of faith in him.Thank fuck he picks the team.

I don't have any problems with Kolarov's performances last season, except for his free-kicks..if he's going to be the designated set-piece specialist when he's in the team, he'd do well to take in extra practice after training. He packs too much power in his free-kicks, and just need to tone it down a notch..
Some of his crosses from the wing were brilliant. Shame the intended recipient couldn't handle it most of the time..

Saw that and it was highlight of the game for me....good man, defending that poor kid Evans...it's that Balkan temper man...remember Dzeko pushing around that **** Anderson at the Swamp? :-) Good memories.

AK, Džeko and AJ are three players who many Blues don't rate and wouldn't be sad to see leave. But all three, despite shortcomings, have proved that they have qualities to beat the park the bus tactics that we will see even more next year. Alecs & Edin appear to me to be a big part of that great team spirit which the Champions displayed last year.

Why so many people calls him KolOrov ?

Do you know, that's the first time I've noticed that, seriously. I've been spelling it Kolorov since he got here!

Must try harder... ;-)

Fair play to Kolarov, admirable of him to stick up for the younger members of the team.

A bit harsh to say he's shit as well, okay against pacey wingers Clichy is much better but against others Kolarov is a good option to have.

He gets a right slagging on here.

I think if he stays he will have a part to play for us ext season.

When we are at home and the opposition park the bus, i would like to see him on.

Ok defensively he is shite, but he is a good option on the bench imo.

It is unrealistic having a world class back up for Clichy

He can be frustrating to watch at times but I find it strange that some Blues can say he is "poor".

In a number of games he has made game winning/saving contributions. There is a thread on this forum about De Jong and his contribution to City. I would argue that Kolarov has had a more positive impact on our successes in the last two seasons than De Jong.

Yeh his free-kicks against Napoli and United were terrible.
