I would have expected him to tweet he is ok.

I tend to agree because of all the speculation.

Not that he is always obligated to do so but I would be a little more confident if we heard it from the horses mouth so to speak.

He is big on twitter and I can safely say his fingers are not the issue , its a bit lower down.

stop panicking; he has probably been asked not to - it would be a nice lift to get it confirmed tomorrow an hour before kick off; in the meantime Liverpool will be getting their hopes up that he isn't fit, in the same way that the flappers in here are getting their knickers in a twist just because he isn't tweeting

Are any other players tweeting? Perhaps they've been told to stay focused on the game and not tweet anything about it.
Maybe keep Liverpool guessing and hoping that he's injured. No news is good news to me.

More concerned if he does start,and whatever the knock/injury is that he could only last a few minutes on the pitch,didn't think they would be training (tackling) the day before a match....

Unless its a situation where a late fitness test is required Rammy I would strongly suggest Vinny in particular and the club know already whether he will be part of the toss of the coin or not.
