This might be me being dumb but is it a bit rare to do your ankle and knee in at the same time when landing for a header? Surely one or the other but I don't buy both??

Simple fact is he's hurt, it's touch and go clearly, so fingers crossed. Either way he won't be fully fit.

Easy on the word done , sounds like he could be sidelined for 12 months the way you describe it.

On a serious note, I don't think he'll be fit. And if he is(?), Liverpool will target him. Dead Man walking.

That aside, it still begs the question, why have a full impact/contact training session a day before such a important match?
