Kompany & Silva Statues

That video really brightened my morning. Seeing the photos you worry, but then you remember statues are meant to seen from below, looking up, so the perspective on the pictures we’d seen didn’t do them any favours.
Really happy with these now.

The sheer scale of them is what really makes them imo. Andy Scott’s style makes it quite difficult to sculpt intricate features, so I hoped they were going to be huge. They look really good lit up at night. Clearly the Kompany one is the better of the two, but I like both.

I can't help but feel something missing from the kompany statue though, with his arms outstretched like that......
Think it needs the severed heads of ferguson and rooney in each hand to finish it off!
