Kompany's fault

It was both their fault however I'd lay the majority of the blame on Clichy as I don't know what defending coaching there doing at arsenal, but Kompany initially did the correct thing and dropped deep as cover if Clichy fucked up and failed to control the ball, what he didn't expect was him to just to leave it for him. (At junior level your always told not to let the high ball bounce like that) This is where Kompany then made his mistake, he should of either, dropped deeper and push nani wide and let our defenders get back or launch the ball into row Z, which he had enough time to do(or wipe him out) but he did neither he hesitated which is the worst thing to do. Anyway glad he has got it out of his system.

Clichy's fault, which Kompany couldn't repair.

how was it Clichys fault? he told kompany to deal with it as kompany was facing the ball as he wasnt. Kompany just tried to be too clever and flick it past Nani instead on just hoofing it away. if you are the last man, you dont do anything but clear it away.

The man has made one error in his whole City career we can't take out the pitchforks yet, but some other bluemooners are treating him like a piece of crap he is still a great defender and a great captain he made a mistake he is only human

Kompany will be fine. It was an uncharacteristic mistake, but shit happens. Move on.
