I pay into the RSPCA each month for scum like that to be taken to court. The only saving grace is that animal cruelty is still an important issue to so many.

@kippax123 Why you pay them I don't know. They do jack shit. I saw a Swan on the Bridgewater Canal, all its beak was tangled in fishing line. I rang them and they said they knew about it but couldn't catch it. I politely told him that not doubt if a film crew were following them it would be caught, health checked and freed within the hour.

Can't bring myself to watch the video but he's a scumbag and deserves all the shit he gets. Hope the poor cat, and any other pets he has get moved to a loving home - he should never be allowed to own another animal again.
