I’m well aware I’m a massive hypocrite on the subject being a meat eater, I’ve said as much numerous times on forums, some people have the ‘ability’ for want of a better phrase to feel a difference between an animal we know and view as a pet, and one we don’t and have been brought up to view as food, but I do pretty much agree with you on the broader subject.His actions are disgusting and I am really happy that a lot of people on here seem to feel passionatley about the subject of animal welfare.
One comment I would make is that I think a lot of people on this forum and in general should look into what happens to the animals served on the plate they have for dinner. It makes the treatment Zouma gave his cat, look light in comparison. I've not eaten meat for a long time and am not here to preach, but I do feel some people could do with reviewing some of the own choices they make as well.

Bengal cats love to be with people ,they are high maintance in that they get bored and need playing with and taking for walks on a lead , they are too valuable to let outside on their own , they can cost thousands , the cool thing with them is that you can set up obsticle courses and teach them loads of tricks and have lots of fun with them
People dont realise that when they buy them, they just see the cool looking coat on them
To see one or any animal getting abused really kills me , both his cats need taking off him but in reality the rspca will probably visit and see they are well fed and look ok and leave them there

Sweeping generalisation. We have one, I got him for my wife because she's quite allergic to cats but loves them, I did my research and it's the case that Bengals are less allergenic than most other cats, a Devon Rex just wouldn't fit in on our street.Exactly , most who buy them have no idea how to look after them , they just want to say they have one
