Kurt Zouma | Fined £250k by club and cats removed by RSPCA

But did you film it and put it on social media?
No social media in them days mate, and the only phone in our house was bolted to the wall.

On another note,I worked in abattoir's for 10 years, and what some people don't realise is there are vets all over the place.
Everything done as humanely as possible,(bar Kosha).
Sounds bizarre this, but,a waggon load of sheep came in late on a Thursday from Ireland.
The lads wanted to get them done straight away,so we got an early dart on the Friday.
The vet said no chance, they need to be fed, watered and rested....leave them till the morning.

Wrong.

BTW have you actually taken the time to try to explain exactly WHY you think eating meat is wrong? Or whether that includes all animals, including insects or fish? And what about eggs? How about plants? Or is it only fruit which has fallen from a tree allowed, as opposed to killing plants?

Or is it all just wrong? Is that the depth of your argument whilst having the cheek to try to mock others for making sensible points?

You can do better than that mate

Why some people think killing animals is wrong has been discussed the world over. I didnt realise you needed walking through it.

Anyhow I did state I eat mate so therefore I'm as much as a twat as anyone else. But to simplify, as it's getting nowhere, people simply can't or won't accept what they are and it's not just about eating meat

Pros of not eating meat

You don't have to kill animals(shocking thought must fight urge)
The environment
Tubbies may lose weight

Pros of eating meat

Its convenient
It tastes good

We are happy to kill animals through convenience. It can't be argued against. Tell yourself whatever you want but daft arguments that don't stand up got replied to.

Some people on here seem to think that because the meat industry exists, it’s ok for a footballer to boot their pet cat across the floor.

What kind of fucked up twisted whataboutery logic is that.

I’m aghast at some of these comments.
Similar fucked up whataboutery to getting upset about an animal being kicked, but not about millions being slaughtered, intensively farmed and eaten. We are a strange hypocritical species for sure.

The cons list above is frankly pathetic. We can dismiss the environment and tubbies points as being irrelevant to this discussion (as well you know, since you were making a "moral" point about killing animals).

So that leaves us with, "because we don't have to?" Is that your best shot?

Is watching football wrong? Because we don't have to do that either. I am yet to hear why it's wrong, morally or otherwise.

Anyway, enough of this. This thread is about Zouma, is it not.

Piss poor decision by West Ham.

The backward **** should not be anywhere near a football pitch. He should be suspended awaiting his trial date, and then fucked off back to France.

Id be ashamed if we allowed such an individual to represent us.
What choice do they have ? If they sacked him another club would snap him up immediately. West Ham would be millions out of pocket and some other club would be laughing there arse off.

It will be interesting to see the mental gymnastics from Moyes for his reasons to start the ****.
West Ham manager David Moyes says he is a "human being and an animal lover" but "responsible for getting results"
So there you have it. In simple terms, I consider animal welfare completely irrelevant when compared with the need for three points. Utterly shameful.

Not good enough from Moyes, the two are connected.

On Kurt Zouma: "He will remain available for selection. The club will sort the other side of it out and I’ll look after the football side."
In other words “I haven’t got the balls or managerial skill to deal with this so I’m not going to”.

I’m really fucking pissed off about this and to be honest I’m surprised at Moyes because I thought he was bigger than that.
