Kurt Zouma | Fined £250k by club and cats removed by RSPCA

Something seriously wrong with people who cruelly abuse animals they deserve to be given a fucking beating, can’t get my head round how anybody can harm a defenceless animal,he would need to watch himself as there’s always someone who’ll be prepared to kick the fuck out of him which if I’m honest the cnut fully deserve’s it,fucking cowardly cnut ..

Well do you think it sustained injuries? Doesn't seem likely.

The fact that you even have to include children in your argument shows an overreaction.

You know the meaning of dicking about.

The first two categories are property, the third isn't.
Put down the shovel. You have highlighted yourself in a way most would desire to avoid. You seem quite happy. And, animal abuse is a known stepping stone.

Abuse that doesn’t produce a visible injury = Dicking about!

You know who “dicks about” like that? A Dick!

Good god. Go back to the gun range and blow off some steam.

I didn't say visible I said injury. If I hit you on the head with force you have a good chance of concussion despite having no visible injury.

I'm sorry I'm not crawling over others to call for extreme violence as a punishment without irony.

Apart from toddlers you don't get to take kids out on a lead. I'm sure keeping them in cages is frowned upon too.

If two children are fighting you'd probably put yourself between them at risk of injury rather than hit or kick one. Wouldn't do that for a dog or cat would you?

What relevance is a child in this discussion?

Some people who are absolutely vile to humans adore and dote on animals. And vice versa, hence the inclusion of the quoted text that included "vivisection is wrong, we'll send them to concentration camps as punishment".

I never once said it wasn't cruel, I just don't believe in the hysteria.

Yes it's not up to the club to deal with it internally it's a legal matter. The cats need removing to a safe place immediately at the very least

How can that happen? They have no powers of seizure unless granted by court order.

This angers me more than any other story of footballers being pure scum. West Ham should terminate the cunts contract, won't do though. He'll make a token donation to some animal shelter be given a slap on the wrist told. Not to be filmed doing shit like that and he will go back to being a grade A **** behind closed doors and abusing his poor pets. Anybody downplaying this needs to have a word with themselves. There's no greater sign of a **** than animal cruelty.
Hmmm?

I have no idea of the legalities involved but I'm sure with the video evidence out there a court would have no problem granting one.

Well they'll have to investigate him and prosecute him themselves and take him to court before it happens. Which would be in a magistrates court.

The RSPCA themselves use people's ignorance of the law to emotionally railroad them into signing ownership over. They will then collect evidence and prosecute anyway.

Through my old job I know of someone from a traveller background who was keeping a horse in a rented lock-up garage nearby by their accommodation in suburbia and RSPCA didn't do anything other than talk to them. Because they couldn't just carry out a seizure and presumably judged that it wasn't worth the hassle.

The best organisation equipped to punish Zouma is West Ham FC, for bringing club into disrepute. Reportedly on 120k a week. Not sure of the maximum fine. But even if it was half a week it would be multiples of what he would likely receive in the magistrates.
