If the brother thought this was a good video to upload and funny what else was being done to the poor cat? Hopefully the public backlash will be positive to raise awareness this and much worse happens to many animals in UK and with all dogs bought last 2 years it has increased - I would think a big fine from club, rehome the cat, big donation to charity RSPCA and his sponsors should drop him (like he did the cat) - hit him in £££ pocket. But hopefully he will regret and learn from this but I dont know him personally and maybe just a moment of madness.
