And it would feel to him that much more special as it was against Arsenal! Well done Kyle hope you have many more successful moments here at City!

I don't know if the TV cameras picked up on this but when Silva's goal went in Walker was standing about halfway into Arsenal's half on the right, about thirty metres from my seat, and he just collapsed in sheer joy because it was the moment he knew he was getting his first trophy. Really caught my eye at the time.

Any photos or footage of this doing the rounds? Be a great moment to capture. Propee happy for the lad.

He got a bad cut on Sunday. Came off at the right time tonight and was still breaking into full on sprints even after signalling to Pep that he was sore.

Rest up. Big game Sunday

I know Pep sometimes gets assessments wrong in terms of what transpires ( not necessarily saying its his fault as medical recoveries don't always meet initial beliefs ) but he said he would be available for Chelsea which is great news.

Having Ferny available would be the icing on the cake.

Pep said he’s not injured in the post match presser. Would be great to have him start on Sunday then rest vs Basel.

Just been watching Sane's goal again...

How does he go from flicking the ball inside to Silva deep inside his own half, to seconds later assisting Sane, his pace is frightening.

Only thing against him is his concentration, he gives away easy passes more often now and lapses like the one in wigan. Needs to cut it out or can be punished in the CL.

He'll never stop trying or running but the lad looks badly fatigued at present, his immense efforts this season are unsurprisingly catching up with him.

I think mentally more than physically, too. I hope he isn't even in the team this mid-week.
