Worst performance by any individual for 2 seasons. Terrible. Shocking defending and needs two touches every time he has time to put a cross in. Needs dropping because he has been shite for a while.
Been poor for a while suprised he started today with Danilo available. Reminds me of a headless chicken. Hope he sits out the next few games.

I think that’s what was doing my head in more than anything else. Over and over again, he was taking one or even two touches today. Not once did he put a first time cross in, I think. It’s exactly what Kev does brilliantly, and it is frequently the only way of catching a well set up defence on the wrong foot.

On the ball, he wasn’t terrible and some of the cross field passes he was hitting to Sane were quality (leading to our first goal) but he’s prone to making some horrendous mistakes and the size of those mistakes whether it’s against Wigan, Liverpool away or here today cost us the game. Like some have said, it’s often just a lack of intelligence or probably more accurately, complacency. Letting Schlupp go onto his left and shoot was another one of his brain fades and I think the tackle he made for their penalty was him overcompensating for what happened for the first goal. We give Pep a lot of credit for improving Sané and Sterling but I think Walker has gone backwards at City. Pep’s aversion to the counter attack means Walker gets told to stay back (nullifying probably his greatest strength) and that isn’t getting the best out of him.

I agree with most of what you say but schliupp wasn't a mistake. The guy just did well.

danilos injuries is not helping him but walker was bought solely because of the HG quota.

He was bought because he was the best RB in the country and he was again last season.

He's having a bad patch of form jeez give the lad a break. Couple of weeks rest and I'm sure he'll recover some form.

I disagree. Walker should done a lot better and got a lot closer than just complacently sticking a leg out, especially when the guy’s left footed and 15 yards out. It’s lazy defending.
