I see the sense in that ... but ... imo all of our players need to know the time and place to take a risk.Honestly, I think you're misreading. We play safe passes, which is why we play 800+ passes a game. The risky passes are reserved for KDB/Silvas. Walker isn't a guy who is going to play a risky forward pass. In that situation, passing sideways and keeping the ball was the better option than potentially losing the ball.
It’s a split second risk/reward decision and whatever you decide you need the ability to execute it.
Whatever we think of Walker he’s picked to play more often than not so in Pep we trust.
