I'm struggling a bit with anyone who's doubting it's true when there's clearly CCTV footage. Healthy scepticism about a rumour, sure, but he was caught on camera...
I'm not that bothered about the drink. It's a potential problem, health and fitness wise, but that's between the player and the club, and if it isn't impacting his ability to do his job then there's a strong argument for not caring, especially as it was during a break period. You can even make the argument in favour of socialising and having a laugh as beneficial to a player's mental health and how happy he is at the club, which could make his performances better.
The problem is the sexual inappropriateness. Groping someone and flashing your genitals leaves you exposed (if you pardon the pun) to actual criminal proceedings. That makes it the club's business, and our business.
"Be discreet and obey the law" should be a standard all of our players are able to live up to at all times. It's not asking a lot.
