Kyle Walker newspaper story

Apparently some womens rights group spokesperson was so outraged that Walker got away with his dick waving that she compared what Walker did to Wayne Couzens the murdering , rapist copper , it beggars belief that these morons are able to steal oxygen.
Couzens was flashing a few days before he killed , as well as loads of other times if he had been taken in and prosecuted he may not have gone on to commit murder and he certainly would not have had a police car and police id to use to do it

The point being flashing is not taken as seriously as it should be

Agree to your last sentence , but comparing a professional footballer to a bent copper is a bit of a stretch , Walker was pissed one night and held his hands up , Couzens was pre-meditated and was over a period of years there is no possible comparison Kaz.

Firearms officer Couzens was supposed to be on duty, working from home when he leapt out of the woods at a female cyclist, standing 'totally naked' while carrying out a sex act in a remote country lane in Deal, Kent, in November 2020.

The 50-year-old went on to expose himself to two terrified female attendants at a McDonalds drive-through restaurant in Kent on February 14 and 27. On both occasions, he drove to collect his orders before a member of staff saw he had hus 'trousers pulled down to his knees'

Do you think that's the same thing as what Walker did? It's not, and the way you can tell it's not is that unlike Couzens, no one complained to the bar or the police, and the only reason anyone knows about it is because The Sun have a guy following Walker daily and paid to illegally obtain the CCTV.

I think you missed the point they were making in that it needs to be taken more seriously before it leads to other things

I can see your point here @kaz7

Like the Linekar thread downstairs. The small action can lead to something greater.

His mates know him and if flashing his dick to them is a usual thing they either tolerate it or go along with it as a joke because they understand his personality and intentions with it.

However doing this in public and it being laughed off (as I have I must admit) doesn't send a good sign to vulnerable women who've experienced the same behaviour from complete strangers who may well be have some sort of sexual deviancy with it.

A celebrity case I can equate with Kyle would be John Barrowman in his time on the sets of Doctor Who and Torchwood. His actions, albeit "an in joke" according to him has destroyed his career.

Barrowman is a good comparison , according to him everyone laughed including the women but then he would say that and i bet most of them felt really uncomfortable but unable to show it at the time
