Do you even watch City? Sure he'd be good in those sides, but he'd be great in our side as wellGood performance today but it also highlighted why he would not play well for us. He is far better as a counter attacking forward and would not help us break teams down. Would suit teams like Chelsea, Altetico and even United a lot more than us.

95% of the time teams park the bus against and there is barely any space for our forwards. He would be excellent for us once we are leading but the difficulty for us comes from unlocking a stubborn defence. He has not done anything noteworthy at PSG, and considering that teams play the same way against them (even Real), I doubt he would perform any better.

Do Monaco give PSG first refusal but they have FFP issues so in essence other clubs can target him?

PSG have an obligation to buy, but they will clear their FFP "issues" by selling their bench players (having already sold Pastore and Berchiche nearly sold for 20m euros). They probably would never sell to us considering UAE and Qatar are not on friendly terms.

I believe the only condition that would have prevented the transfer to PSG becoming permanent was getting for PSG to get relegated, which obviously was never going to happen. Therefore he already is a PSG player on a 4 year contract, so we would have to buy from them which is never happening.
