no this is a fable. PSG bought him and UEFA can question them all they want if their accounts showed a profit in one single year there is fuck all they can do

Should be in 2017/18 as a loan with an obligation to buy is just extended credit terms. They bought him last year when the deal was signed.

There is a fair market value in the rules though mate? And an associated partner rule as well? Otherwise the Abu Dhabi tourist board could sponsor us £500m a year!
