First of all your second paragraph reiterates exactly what I have said in my previous post about PSG having to face deep blocks like city. So I ain't got a clue what your on about there. Again read my previous posts I'm assessing the lad on what city want from their forwards, a false 9 who makes the whole system tick but who can chip in with goals. For example Firminio, Son, hazard even. Comparing mbappe with Messi is your issue not mine so its not worth a response. The lack of goals he has scored is significant because its a shit league and as you have described PSG, face the same deep blocks as City. So if he can't rack em up in a shit league what makes u think he will rack em up in the Prem. Messi and Ronaldo have for a long time been so much better than anyone else on the planet that it doesn't matter who wins the big trophies (unless its Ronaldos or Messis teams) as they are so much better anyway. But I think that they won't finish first and second this year and next year it will be a new winner.
