Whoever they usually contact for a statement when these things happen? Whoever they spoke to about Garré maybe, or when we got banned for tapping up a kid?

I'm sure the BBC, Guardian etc. Know who to contact for a response by now.

Why are you playing dumb? Only words out of Khaldoon or Peps mouth is reliable now is it? The only news source is official club statements?
 
It's interesting that this has only just come out. I think it's possible that Mbappe has told Monaco that he wants to leave. This would also help to explain why Monaco are being stubborn with Mendy.

It has been reported that Mbappe would not stay if they were unable to keep a good number of the squad together. Mendy's imminent departure may have triggered Mbappe's decision to leave.

Jesus Christ we're all playing dumb are we? The club never cocks up or does anything wrong. Every journalist in 3 countries is unreliable. The club never speaks to anyone about things that aren't fact, certainly not to journalists every day of the week.
 
Are we jumping ahead here.........haven't Monaco said they are considering a complaint but haven't yet made a complaint! If So it's wait and see time another ploy to help them achieve their Mendy fee.
 
The Telegraph name our club as connected to an illegal activity. Sky on it now. If our legal team are watertight the articles will have name removed in the next hour or so. If Monaco do report us, then we have to make sure we've done things the right way.

Help me out here, playing catch up.

The journalists you refer to - are they reporting City as being one of the teams from their own sources or are they relaying Sky's reports?
