Not expecting us to get him, but one of these days we will get the stellar name we are after. real Madrid can't do it every time. I've got a feeling the time is not right for Real madrid but that Mbappe will sign an extended contract with a clause allowing to go there, or somewhere else, when it suits

Well, quite happy we are reportedly in for him. Agree he would a great signing. Still think he will end up at madrid.

Where would he fit in? He's got loads of potential and if we have the opportunity to snatch him up we should go for it. But where does he fit in? Doubt he'll happily rotate with aguero AND Jesus. Then does that mean we go two up top? Not sure how it'll work but would be a nice signing for the future when aguero gets on a bit. But for now no one tops aguero.

Depends totally on if we get Sanchez. If we do...its a damn good question because six attackers of that quality is 1 too many. My personal opinion (NOT MY DESIRE) is that if we get Sanchez and Mbappe, Aguero is gone by his own volition.

If he is part of an attack made up of Aguero, Jesus, Sane, Sterling, and Mbappe he will get plenty of time.

Everything regarding Mbappe points towards him staying where he is for another year and Madrid will come in for him next season. That seems to suit him, Monaco and Madrid. I'm sure we'll be all over it if we hear anything about him wanting out this summer but i doubt we'll be pushing that hard when there's still a lot of priority signings needed to be made first.

Not sure how it suits Monaco. There is no way he will have the year he had this year without Silva and Lemar. His price will drop if he is sold next summer IMO.

I'd be amazed if he ends up anywhere other than Madrid. Though the fact they only loaned James does make me doubt slightly if they are going for him this summer.

And if Chelsea get Aubu where is Moratta going? I think they need to sell before they can buy him this summer.

It suits them because replacing that kind of threat is the hardest thing to do. They work on their policy of bringing young talents through, developing and selling them on, getting an 18 year old forward to perform like that is unheard of. hence the attention.

The guy could turn into Lee Bradbury next season, fail to score a single goal and his value still won't drop. this is a special talent, he's not some flash in the pan Michu style one season wonder, he's only going to get better even if his productiveness falters. Infact his value would probably increase even if he had a disaster of a season given the likelihood of the transfer market getting even more crazy next summer. Look at say Pogba at the rags, went for a ridiculous fee last season £90 million was crazy, we all even laughed, had a pretty crap season yet if he were to be sold on now, he'd easily fetch that figure despite all that. Mbappe's much better than that, there's no way his value drops.
